Lower floor has lots of holes and drywall repairs. Looks like they attempted=
 to do it themself but needs to be re done.=20
Upstairs much better but bedrooms I would still refresh. Some bedrooms need p=
atching .=20
I would Not paint baseboards,doors and ceilings. Just mainly walls
